Usage Instructions:

1. (Optional) Type in your name in the field labelled "Name".
2. Select the product from the drop-down menu for which you require a serial number.
3. Copy the serial number from the field titled "Serial" and paste it into the Adobe CS4 product.
4. Click the button titled "Patch Hosts File" (indicated with a red border in the screenshot above). This prevents the Adobe CS4 product from communicating with the Adobe activation servers.
